Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) — in German: “Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag” (AVV) — defines how a data processor handles personal data on behalf of a data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If you are outside Germany or the EU, you can treat the AVV as our standard DPA.
